CUSTOMER SERVICE

Store hours are 12pm-7pm Tuesday-Saturday. During peak times we will open Sunday 12pm-5pm. For questions about orders, call our showroom 314-553-9549 or email hello@mtrlstc.com. We will respond to emails within 24 hours. 

SHIPPING 

Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days after an order is received and processed. Orders process within 24-48 hours. Overnight shipping is 1 business day if the order is received before 4pm cst.

All orders are tracked and insured. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. Any questions about delays/lost packages must be communicated with the courier. 

During holidays, pandemics, or peak seasons, there will be expected delays. If you're not able to wait, online shopping is not a good idea during these times.

PREORDERS

Any item that is preorder will have an estimated arrival date in the listing. This date is an estimate! There are sometimes delays and sometimes they come early. 

If you order multiple items and one item is preorder, your order will not ship until all items are in. 

Please pay attention to the listing name. It will tell you if an item is preorder. We will not grant any refunds due to delays on preorder items. If you're not able to wait, the best option is to purchase when the item arrives. 

PICKUPS

Pickup orders are usually processed within 1 business day. During peak times this may be extended. 

Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive notification. The pickup location is 1639 Washington Ave. St. Louis, MO 63103. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-7pm.

All orders must be picked up within 30 days or they will be restocked and no refund or exchange will be granted.

If you're not able to pickup, please contact us to pay for shipping. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery for shipped orders and the of pickup for pickup orders. You will be responsible for return postage on returns and they must be postmarked by the 10th day. 

Returns will be granted as store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless there was an issue on our end. We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange. Any items that are worn, damages, have any odor, will not be accepted.
